The Integrated Care Strategy
The Integrated Care Strategy states that we want to ensure we can attract, recruit and retain people with the right skills and values to enable provision of high-quality health and care services for our population.
In delivering the strategy we are working to:
- Support people into work
- Support people to be healthy and remain in work
Supporting people into work
The Integrated Care Partnership is supporting the development and implementation of the Get Britain Working plans for Hampshire and Solent areas. A key element of the Government’s Get Britain Working White Paper is the creation of local plans lead by local authorities with the engagement of partners.
The Integrated Care Partnership hosted an assembly on 30 June 2025 which focused on the Get Britain Working Plans for Hampshire and for the Solent area.
Supporting people to be healthy at work
The Integrated Care Partnership is working with partners to help support people to be healthy at work. The Partnership is working to share good practice and identify how it can make an impact in supporting people to be healthy and remain healthy at work.
