The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Allied Health Professions (AHP) Faculty are thrilled to open nominations for 4 categories of awards:
- AHP Leadership award - recognising outstanding leadership contributions at all levels, inclusive of our AHP learners, support workers and registered AHPs.
- AHP Equality, Diversity & Inclusion award - recognising individual AHPs for their exceptional EDI commitment.
- AHP Innovation and Improvement award - recognising innovative and creative AHP-led initiatives which aim to reduce healthcare inequalities at a local level
- AHP Educator award - recognising excellence across the educational pathway from career promotion, practice educators, academics to AHP educational leaders
From the shortlisted finalists, an overall 'HIOW AHP of the Year' will also be chosen. Awards will be presented at the HIOW AHP Conference on the 7th of March 2024.
What will happen next: the shortlisted finalists will be notified by the end of January 2024. Finalists and nominators will be invited to take part in a 1minute video or audio message that will be showcased at the conference.
