We use insights, research evidence and local experience to help improve health and care across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. By bringing together what we learn from our communities, our services and national best practice, we support the Integrated Care Board to make informed decisions and drive meaningful change. Our knowledge mobilisation work ensures that useful learning is shared, understood and applied in practice—helping teams across the system to adopt what works, spread innovation and continuously improve outcomes for our population.
