The Integrated Care Partnership Assembly is a fundamental part of the Integrated Care System, it is a mechanism to bring people and partners together to ensure that the strategy and the delivery remains focused on the core needs of our population. It is about taking engagement to a new level and ensuring all people and partners are involved in all stages of decision making. It is a place to build relationships, problem solve in partnership and hold the system to account on the work being done to reduce health inequalities and improve health and social care outcomes for our communities in Hampshire and Isle of Wight.
