Our AGM will take place online at 2.30pm on Wednesday 23 September. During the meeting, we will reflect on our achievements during 2025/26 and formally present our Annual Report and Accounts.
Over the past year, colleagues and partners across our system have continued to demonstrate determination, innovation and a shared commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of local people. Together, we have made important progress towards delivering the ambitions of the Government’s 10 Year Health Plan for England and improving outcomes for our communities.
While there is much to be proud of, we recognise there is still more to do. Demand for services continues to grow, and we remain focused on tackling health inequalities, improving access to care and building sustainable services for the future. We look forward to sharing our progress and priorities for the year ahead.
