  • Provide advice to individuals to form health-conscious decisions based on diet and nutrition to prevent illness and maintain good health.
  • Calculate individual’s nutritional requirements using standard equations based on assessments of blood chemistry, temperature, stress, mobility etc.
  • Produce eating plans and adjusting recipes
  • Organise and lead group sessions with a range of individuals including children and adult service users groups
  • Write service users reports, case notes and maintaining accurate records
  • Visit schools and communities to deliver nutrition components of health promotion campaigns
