Welcome
to the NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight campaign resources page.
Working together as an Integrated Care System we have potential to reach far more people than we each do alone. The resources available here can be used by all individuals and organisations supporting health and care in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. From charities to local authorities, NHS providers to community groups, councillors to MPs and other local leaders - we hope you find these resources useful and appreciate your support.
If you would like to work with us on a campaign or would like to see a specific resource, please do get in touch at hiowicb-hsi.communications@nhs.net. Together we can make a difference.
Use the drop downs below to find and download resources.
More than 60% of residents in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight are using the NHS App to order prescriptions, make appointments and view their test results. It is a great resource that gives residents a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services at their fingertips.
However, we know many people aren’t making the most of all the app has to offer. To help more patients make best use of the app we’ve created a new set of promotional resources for you to use in your practice and in your communications with patients. Download using the links below.
Digital Screen - Five ways to make the most of the NHS App (click the three dots in the bottom right corner of the video preview to download)
Digital Screen - Local patient reviews of the NHS App (click the three dots in the bottom right corner of the video preview to download)
This campaign can be used by GP Practices to increase awareness and uptake of NHS Health Checks. Awareness of the programme is low among the public, and only around 30% of people invited take up the offer – these resources can help you to improve uptake for this important service.
This resource was co-designed with input from local communities and health professionals to help guide people to the right service for their needs. It was created to provide all this information in one easy to understand package. If you would like to request print copies please contact hiowicb-hsi.communications@nhs.net.

Last autumn we hosted focus groups with patients from across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight on their experience of using health and care services. We've used this feedback to inform the creation of a simple set of resources that all partners can use. They focus on promoting online tools that can support people to stay well at home and explain how to access services.
Promoting the uptake of vaccinations to eligible groups is a vital part of our winter campaign plans. You can download our campaign resources to use on your channels using the links below.

Whooping Cough and RSV Vaccinations - Hampshire County Council Campaign (April 2025)
The campaign materials available to download for free from the link below were created and supplied by the Public Health team at Hampshire County Council for use by all partners in health and care. They are based on detailed insights and testing with local communities.
You can also use our Healthy Hearts web page to signpost people in your area to support.
We have produced a number of resources that primary care and ICB partner colleagues can use to explain to the public how health and care services share information from patient records and how this data is kept confidential, safe and secure.
These resources can be found at the bottom of this web page. They include:
- Text for a web page
- Text for a news item or newsletter article
- A series of social media posts (linked to four animations)
- Staff briefing text
- An Easy Read leaflet
- FAQs
- A ‘Sharing your information’ poster
- The Sharing Data Saves Lives logo
- Image for practice TV screens (primary care only)
There are two separate sets of resources – one for primary care and one for system partner organisations - available to download using the links below.
