These leaflets have been produced by Mountbatten Hampshire to support health professionals in prescribing and administering these medicines. These medicines are part of the new ‘purple drugs’ category on the Hampshire and Isle of Wight formulary that GPs may prescribe to manage symptoms of people dying at home.
