Our annual general meeting for 2024/25

This year we will be holding our Annual General Meeting online at 2.45pm – 3.30pm on Wednesday 24 September. We will be showcasing our achievements from the 2024/25 year and also formally presenting our annual report and accounts.

This has been a year of significant change and progress in the way we work as an organisation to deliver a more efficient public service for our population.  We will be sharing more about our achievements in the meeting, as well as reflecting on the work already underway to help deliver the new national Ten Year Health Plan. 

This includes progress on opening one-stop-shop local health centres and adopting new technology with the introduction of Dora, an artificial intelligence telephone assistant helping to bring down waits for cataract surgery. This local work supports a bold, ambitious, and necessary new course for the NHS so that it is guaranteed to be there for all who need it, for generations to come.

Upcoming meeting dates 

The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board will meet in public on the following dates:

• 3 September 2025, 10.00am - 12.15pm
• 5 November 2025, 10.00am - 1.30pm

The meeting will be held in person in the Boardroom, Omega House, 112 Southampton Road, Eastleigh SO50 5PB.
