Nafsiyat have delivered some CPD-Certified Intercultural Development Workshopsas part of our Inclusion Health Community of Practice sessions. 

The workshops delved into the complexities of racial, cultural, and intersectional identities. Throughout the workshops, participants engaged in discussions that focus on developing the skills, knowledge, and experiences necessary to effectively navigate interactions that may arise due to cultural and racial differences. The workshops utilised real-life examples and practical exercises to illustrate the processes involved in working in an intercultural context.  

Through examples, attendees worked through concepts/themes such as: 

• Understanding racism and discrimination 
• Racial and cultural identity 
• Culture and mental health
