We have recently held a webinar aimed at improving recording of ethnicity in primary care. This is important both for care of individuals as well as planning for the needs of the local population.

Thanks very much to Elle-Louise Heard from Andover PCN and Kay Warne from St Andrews Surgery who shared their own work in terms of achieving a successful increase in recording, i.e. reducing the percentage of 'unknowns'.
